* ITINERARY:

We will depart from Ninh Kieu Park at 7:00 am for the Cai Rang Floating Market – the biggest wholesale floating market in the Mekong Delta. The Cai Rang floating market is well known for its variety of fresh fruits and other local products. Hundreds of boats still gather there to buy and sell every morning.

After seeing floating market, we keep going to home-made rice noodle, made from rice flour and manioc flour.

Then we will go into a very beautiful canal with lots of water coconut 2 sides of river. On the way we can stop at a fruit garden (Ba Hiep orchard) to enjoy local fruit. A rowing boat carries we slowly thought the canals which cover a peaceful air and full of water- coconuts (or ride a bike by ourselves along the countryside path with papaya plantation, milk apple plantation and see how the local grow vegetables)

On the way back to Ninh Kieu quay, we stop Hai Nuong traditional village. Here we enjoy natural pure honey, see handmade coconuts candy workshop and study the locals how to make the green rice.

Then we will take the boat back to Ninh Kieu.
