HIGH TIDE SEASON IN MEKONG DELTA

 

Day 1: CAN THO City- CHAU DOC Town

After picking you up at the hotel, we will drive to Chau Doc. On the way we will stop 10 minutes at Crocodile farm in Long Xuyen City, then keep going to Chau Doc. We will take a boat to the floating village to see how they raise a lot of fish in the Mekong River. We will also visit a Cham community. Enjoy our lunch at local restaurant, after lunch a car will take us  to Tra Su forest to observe many kind of birds gathering around trees naturally. On the way back to Chau Doc, we will stop at local’s house to join them for fishing in the rice-field, because of the high tide season; there will be a lot of fish living in rice-field. This is good time to catch fish, we will see very beautiful view from our boat. After fishing, we check-in hotel in Chau Doc, free at night. ( We wish you happy tour with us, Mekong Eco Tour )

Day 2: CHAU DOC Town-CAN THO City

 After breakfast, we check-out. We will visit “Mieu Ba Chua Xu” where many people come every year to worship “Lady Buddha.” We will also visit the mausoleum of Thoai Ngoc Hau, an important figure who contributed to the construction of the Vinh Te and Thoai Ha Canals and take the car back to Can Tho city, have lunch in Can Tho city and say goodbye to tourist, end services.

Includes: Insurance, private car, English-speaking guide, entrance fee, breakfast in hotel, 2 lunch, 1 dinner, boat for floating village and boat for fishing tour in rice-field.
