The house is situated on Bui Huu Nghia (Bùi Hữu Nghĩa) street, Binh Thuy (Bình Thuỷ) ward, Binh Thuy (Bình Thuỷ) District, Can Tho (Cần Thơ) city, designed with 5 small rooms and 2 roofs, featuring French colonial architecture. The establishment was built in 1870 by Duong (Dương) family.

Truc Lam Phuong Nam monastery is located on an area of 4 hectares in My Khanh (Mỹ Khánh) Commune, Phong Dien (Phong Điền) district, Can Tho (Cần Thơ) city. The monastery is situated in the historic district named Lo VongCung, about a few hundreds of meters from My Khanh tourist village and 15 km from the city center. Located on Bui Huu Nghia Ward in Binh Thuy District and just about six kilometers away from Ninh Kieu Wharf in the Mekong Delta City of Can Tho, Con Son (Son Islet) could be an ideal choice for those who love traveling to take a tour to the stunning tourist site.
Currently, there are some 12 out of 79 households on the islet offering tourism services to visitors but in a tour program, tourists often choose to visit only a few places to explore cake-making, watch flying fish and pomelo garden, and row boats apart from taking a walk around countryside roads to experience the culture and lifestyle of local people there.

For example, Nam Roi pomelo and green-skinned pomelo are sold at VND25,000 and VND50,000 a kilo respectively while snakehead fish is priced at VND100,000 a kilo.
