It is an isle of Phu Tan district at the head of Ong Chuong isle in Cho Moi district (An Giang). In the dry season, this place is about 30 hectares. The most interesting is in the flooding season, this place has an unique phenomenon of sharing water from Tien river to Hau River.

The canals are narrow, parallel and meandering; two sides are trees and colorful Dien Dien flowers, bringing peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. You are free to collect clusters of yellow Dien Dien flower which are the ingredient for your delicious hot pot.
Some activities in Vam Nao: Boating on the canal, catching fish and collecting Dien Dien flower in flooding season: The canals at Vam Nao isle are very small, only deep in the middle of the line. To discover the beauty of this place, you will turn into small boat, along the water line.
Also while wandering by a boat, if you see local people catching fish, do not forget to ask for permission to participate in it. The result for this action is that you will have chance to see some type of fish in here such as Linh fish.
