Mekong Eco Tour- Photo tour – Tour by Motorbike
Code: PM-16
Duration: 3-4 hours
After picking you up at the hotel, we will take motorbikes to Ong Temple, a Chinese community hall built in1895. This Temple has been used for over a century to worship Quan Cong. The temple is a great example of Chinese culture. We will also visit a nearby market. Afterward, we will continue our trip along the Cai Son Canal, stopping to visit Vuon Man Vestige – a revolutionary landmark for locals. Nearby, vendors sell home-made rice noodles while farmers grow a variety of vegetables.
After our visit to Vuon Man, we will take a trip through the village, where you can expect a first-hand perspective on daily life in the rice fields and flower gardens. Nam Nha Pagoda, built by patriots in 1895, has a great location along the Mekong River. Binh Thuy Temple is another well-known landmark, and serves as the center for many community activities. The Binh Thuy Ancient House is a combination of Chinese and French architecture, built in 1870. The well-known French film, “L’amant,” was filmed on site at this local treasure. After visiting each of these unique locations, we will return to the hotel. ( This is Mekong Eco Tour we love)
