We will depart from Ninh Kieu Park by boat  at 7:00 am for the Cai Rang Floating Market – the biggest wholesale floating market in the Mekong Delta. The Cai Rang Market is well known for its variety of fresh fruits and other local products. Hundreds of boats still gather there to buy and sell every morning. From there, We keep going to home-made rice noodle, made from rice flour and manioc flour.

After that, the boat will take us to small canal where  you will get to know more about local’ life along. We will visit the Binh Thuy Ancient House is a combination of Chinese and French architecture, built in 1870. The well-known French film, “L’amant,” was filmed on site at this local treasure and Binh Thuy Temple is another well-known landmark, and serves as the center for many community activities before going to Son Island where you can experience how local people raise fish in Mekong river, and visit fruit gardens with many kinds of fruits. You can learn how to make typical cakes of Mekong Delta. After lunch with very nice local food , we can observe storks gathering naturally. The boat will take us back to Ninh Kieu park, on the way we can visit a floating house- where locals raise a lot of fish in Mekong river. ( This is Mekong Eco Tour we love)
