Phong Dien hammock shaped fine rice vermicelli is handcrafted from pure rice flour to be fine rice vermicelli with a round nest of small, fine flour threads by skillful craftsman. Fine rice vermicelli is eaten with grilled fork or fork hash, mint leaves, mixed fish sauce and green onion.
