ITINERARY:

Day 1: Homestay in Can Tho (L,D)

After picking you up at the hotel in Can Tho, we will take a taxi to homestay in suburb of Can Tho City and check-in there.

And then you can walk around that village, visit fruit garden and see daily activities of locals and such a peaceful place.

Option: You also can choose fishing in Mekong River before dinner (charged)

After that, we will study how to cook Vietnamese dishes and have dinner

And then you spend time relaxing to relieve fatigue so as to have a sound sleep to prepare for the next morning to work as a seller on the floating market on the river.

Day 2: Floating Market (B)

 In the early morning, we check-out and take a boat to Cai Rang floating market-the biggest wholesale floating market in the Mekong Delta. The Cai Rang Market is well known for its variety of fresh fruits and other local products. Hundreds of boats still gather there to buy and sell every morning. Trading activities take place all day, but the most exciting time is in the morning when boats are located with agricultural products. In floating markets, trading activities take place in boats. Buyers should see the goods hang on the poles at the boat prow. Other food services also take place in boats.

 We keep going to home-made rice noodle, made from rice flour and manioc flour. Then we will take the boat back to Ninh Kieu. ( This is Mekong Eco we love)
