Deep fried shape cake ( Banh Cong)

Made from the same ingredients with that of Banh Xeo, however, deep fried shape cake – called Banh Cong in Vietnamese, has differentshape like a muffin cake.

It is tasty, crispy and greasy and also served with vegetables and garlic fish sauce. 

To make it, people poured mixed flour liquid into a small allumium shape and then dip it into boiled oil until it is ready to serve gourmets.
