Can Tho Eco Tour: Cai Rang Floating Market – Phong Dien Floating Market

Visiting floating markets is one of the most attractive tours in Can Tho. Floating Markets are situated on the banks of wide stretches of river. Cai Rang and Phong Dien Floating Markets are two of the major markets in Can Tho as well as in the Mekong Delta. Everyday in the early morning, hundred of boats gather to form a market. Trading activities take place all day, but the most exciting time is in the morning when boats are located with agricultural products. In floating markets, trading activities take place in boats. Buyers should see the goods hang on the poles at the boat prow. This is a very special cultural feature in Mekong Delta, attracting tourists, especially foreign ones. Therefore, Mekong Eco Tour wants to bring you to discover floating market cultures so that you can feel completely about this specific characteristic of Mekong Delta area.
